A sports governing body may notify the Department that it desires permit holders to use official league data for purposes of settling tier 2 bets. Such notification shall be made on the forms and in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Director. If a sports governing body does not notify the Department that it desires permit holders to utilize official league data, then a permit holder may use any data source for purposes of settling tier 2 bets.
